Our client is a leading global FMCG company committed to operational excellence and delivering high-quality products to customers worldwide. They are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Clearing & Reconciliation Executive to join their Finance team in Dubai.

Position Summary

The Customer Clearing & Reconciliation Executive is responsible for managing customer clearing, reconciliations, deductions, and related accounts receivable activities. The role ensures financial accuracy, timely reporting, and compliance while working closely with the Sales team and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post customer payments for assigned accounts.
  • Verify rebate charges in accordance with Business Development Agreements (BDAs).
  • Allocate customer deductions to the appropriate customer accounts.
  • Prepare and share consolidated deduction reports with the Sales team.
  • Clear vendor balances against customer deductions.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly Customer Statements of Account.
  • Review documentation for new customer account creation in accordance with company procedures.
  • Prepare, verify, and post Goods Receipt Vouchers (GRVs) received from the Sales team.
  • Maintain audit documentation and support internal and external audit requests.
  • Assist in preparing monthly Accounts Receivable aging reports.
  • Verify invoices within SAP Transportation Management.
  • Review and release sales orders based on approved blocking criteria.
  • Maintain an accurate cheque log using payment details provided by the Sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Previous Accounts Receivable experience within the FMCG or distribution industry is preferred.
  • Available to join by the end of August 2026.
