Position Summary
The Play Arena Host is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and enjoyable experience for guests by supervising play areas and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves multitasking across various outlet operations, including ride operations, redemption counter and POS handling, while ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining a welcoming environment for children and families. Strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Good communication skills in English, with the ability to read and write effectively.
Physically fit to perform a 9-hour shift, including standing while supervising children, activities, rides, and games.
Engaging personality with strong guest interaction skills.
Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
Operate the redemption counter and POS.
Customer service training, basic POS knowledge, and safety compliance.

Experience
Freshers with strong English communication skills or previous customer service experience are preferred.
