Position Summary
- UX / UI Designer (Bilingual, Arabic RTL) | Dubai | Full-time, On-site
- We’re hiring a senior Product Designer for a secure government data and briefing platform in Dubai – a multi-year, AI-ready role.
Key Responsibilities
- Design the UI for dashboards, reports, and AI-driven interactions
- Build and own a scalable, bilingual (English/Arabic) design system with true RTL support
- Design the Brief Generator, content-authoring console, and admin workflows
- Apply WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards
- Present and defend design decisions to senior government stakeholders
Mandatory Requirements
- 7-10+ years in UX/UI design for enterprise or government-grade platforms
- Agency-side or multi-client product-studio background (not single-product in-house)
- At least 3 years designing bilingual Arabic/English products – genuine independent RTL design, not a mirrored English layout
- A portfolio showing breadth across clients, concept/creative direction, and design systems you’ve owned
- Strong hands-on Figma (component libraries, tokens, auto-layout, developer handoff)
Preferred Industry Background
- Experience with data-dense executive/analyst dashboards
- Familiarity with UAE federal or government design systems
- Sense of designing for AI-driven, data-led products
- Full-time, on-site in Dubai. Subject to client security vetting and confidentiality requirements.
